I haven't been to a laundromat in years, but I needed a front loader. This place is clean, bright, has a lot of machines, and a cafe. You don't have to struggle with having enough quarters either, pay with their app. It seems pricey for each cycle, but again I haven't been to a laundromat in years and the cost is worth it to not hate being here lol. Pleasant experience.

This is by far the nicest, cleanest, and just overall the most fantastic laundry mat I’ve ever been to in my life. Me and my family are AVID travelers. I’ve been all over the country/other countries and this laundry mat is the most A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. First of all, I was so impressed by its appearance at first glance. I’ve never seen a laundry mat with a coffee bar inside it. Secondly, whoever decorates the place has impeccable taste. It’s very classy and upscale for a place that is stereotypically scummy. And lastly, the staff is so friendly and helpful it was unreal. I literally felt like I was in a parallel universe when I walked through the door. On top of all of that, they don’t have beat up, crummy machines. Their machines are new and work very quick and efficiently. 1,000,000,000/10. HIGHLY recommend. I wish every laundry mat in America was like this one!!! Oh, and they have free Wifi!! Plenty of tables to sit at too. Fantastic if you need to get some work done while you wait on your clothes :)))

I’m military, and this place has handled heavily soiled uniforms, outdoor gear, and a huge amount of clothes without issue. Machines are clean, modern, very reliable and well maintained. It honestly feels a little fancy for a laundromat. Recently, I witnessed a situation with an aggressive customer, and I have to give credit to the managerial staff. They handled it professionally, and made sure customers felt safe and comfortable. If you’re a college student needing a quiet place to study while doing laundry, or military/outdoorsy with tough gear to clean, this is the spot.

OH MY GOSH! This place is amazing! I desperately needed to get a load of laundry done, after most laundromats, including the one I usually went to, had already closed. I WISH ID FOUND THIS PLACE SOONER!!! It’s bright, it’s clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful! It’s honestly more cost and time efficient than the pay-to-use washer and dryer in my apartment building, and I love that I never have to get quarters again! Plus, you can treat yourself to some awesome drinks and snacks while you wait. These are my FAVORITE cookies. ❤️ I would give WAY more stars if I could!!

Great spot to do laundry if you’re traveling. Wash for $6/load. Clean and efficient. Sussing out the computer system takes a minute, but once you get it the rest is pretty seamless. We do laundry all over the world and this is nice.

This place was a nice surprise. A friend recommended it and I'm glad she did! There was a learning curve and a few errors were made (not realizing dryers are on top and washers are on the bottom for example) but once you get the hang of it, it's amazingly easy. There's even a snack bar!

Wow! A great concept, a "laundry lounge". Full service coffee, drinks, and snack food while you spend time washing your clothes.Tina, an employee at Quantum, was a working machine. She was never still, sweeping & mopping floors, polishing the stainless steel Speed Queen washers and dryers. Cleaning the glass doors. Hope the owner knows what a hard worker she is. It was by far the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. You could pay by using a kiosk or downloading an app. Washer $6/30 minutes and dryer $2.50/25 minutes. All my clothes were dried by the end of the cycle, but my friend who had washed jeans needed a little more time. Clean bathrooms, a water bottle filling station, coffee and snacks, what more could you ask for? I was done with 2 loads in a little over an hour. Highly recommend!

I scoured reviews of local laundromats and finally asked ChatGPT to find the best one in Anchorage. Emphasis on “lounge,” this is a clean, comfortable, modern (high tech) laundromat. Download the Speed Queen app and run the whole wash and dry through your phone. Haven’t been to a laundromat for years and this has been an excellent experience hands down. And did I mention a cafe? Five stars deserved.
